Owner - Strength Coach
Donnie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Performance Specialist from Spokane, WA. He has been working primarily with athletes in a wide range of team and individual sports since 2014, including players representing NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL and NFL. A lot of Donnie's experience has been devoted to working with local high schools and assisting with their in-house strength and conditioning programs. While working with the adult population, he takes his same training philosophies of working with athletes to their strength and conditioning programs.
Gas House and Donnie's mission is to create a community, home and resource for athletes and adults to not only have the best part of their day in "THE HOUSE", but help them reach their individual peak performance.

Caitlyn grew up in Kirkland, WA and moved to Spokane to earn her degree and play soccer for Gonzaga University. After completing her undergraduate degree, Caitlyn received her Masters in Teaching, which she now uses as a health and fitness teacher and coach. She is a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist, as well as certified in Dynamic Variable Resistance Training and Precision Nutrition. She is currently pursuing a certification in pre- and post-natal training.
Caitlyn has worked with several groups of high school athletes and has been training the general population for roughly four years. Her goal is to teach you how to move your body well and build strength, all while having a good time! When you are coached by Caitlyn, you can expect to work hard, have fun and build a community with other members. The goal is to make sure you leave feeling ready to take on the rest of your day…and a little sweaty of course!
Lexi grew up in Lake Tapps, WA and competed in gymnastics at the junior olympic level for 12 years. Growing up as an athlete she learned to love movement and striving for excellence. As she moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University she looked to pursue a career in fitness. Majoring in Kinesiology and Physical Education in her undergrad exposed her to fitness in the private sector and in public education, leading her to pursue her Masters in Teaching. Lexi is looking to teach high school health and fitness and continue to work in strength and conditioning. Lexi aims to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist upon finishing her masters program.
Lexi has coached general population clients for 2 years and frequently works with students and athletes in the high school setting. She aims to teach movement patterns well and cater her coaching to the individual’s needs. Working out is her favorite part of her day and aims to make it yours too!
Alba is originally from Colombia; she has been living in Spokane for about 6 years. She is a retired mountain bike and paragliding athlete, with extensive knowledge and background relating to peak athletic performance; fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
Alba is certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). She is currently a student at Spokane Falls Community College, who will graduate from an Associate Degree on Health/Fitness at the end of spring 2021. Alba’s athletic coaching experience started volunteering her time as Wellness Coach at the SPACE program (People Accessing Careers and Education) at (SFCC). Working at the athletic facility in campus assisting people with mental and physical disabilities, helping those who needed assistance the most.
In 2018 Alba joined HST (Heckel Strength Training) where she has been coaching athletes, managing and improving team operations, with resourceful leadership to develop some of the area’s finest athletes. Alba is a high-energy, problem solving, knowledgeable coach, who specializes in adapting team techniques, to achieve positive individual athletic goals.
