Gas House Rocks Event
We are excited to announce our next challenge at Gas House. If you have ever heard of Hyrox, well this is our version of that! Gas House Rocks will take place May 31st from 7 AM to 12 PM. There will be 3 divisions: Male/Male, Female/Female, and Coed. We want to hear some awesome team names and maybe even cool t-shirts! For this event to run efficiently we need teams to fill out this form. 5 teams will start every 20 minutes. We need people to stick around to judge, cheer on, and smile! This is going to be an awesome event and the winners of the challenge will both recieve a sweatshirt. You might be asking what do we have to do? Run: 0.5 mile, Ski Erg: 800-1000 meters*, Lunges with Kettlebells: 200 yards, Sled Pull: 100 yards, Sled Push: 160 yards, Row Erg: 800-1000 yards, Farmers Carry: 300 yards, Air Bike: 1-2 miles*, Med Ball Wall Toss - 100 reps, Run: 0.5 mile. If there is an asterisk, that means depending on what division you are in, you will do a different distance. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Rowing and Kettlebells
One of our new coaches, Coach Maddie, added a new class to our agenda! She was a D1 rower in college and rowed for Team USA. This class was designed for people who have never used da rowing machine go from confused to confident with proper rowing technique and shorter interval sprint work. Strength is essential to becoming a good rower, so kettlebells will be incorporated into the class to help aid your technique and speed. If you have ever wanted to row, this is the class for you! Come with grit and push yourself to the next level, because it will be us versus the machine for an hour and the machine fights back! This class is on Fridays at 5 and 6 AM.

Dump Truck
We have another new class being taught by Coach Rachel! This will be an 8 AM Saturday class called Dump Truck. You want to grow your glutes? This is the class for you! Rachel is programming awesome workouts that'll help you grow your glutes and have you leaving the gym feeling sore and smiling from how much fun this workout will be. Check it out and get the dump truck that you want!
