HYROX

Gas House Gym is an official Hyrox Training Center. This conditioning-driven class will push your limits, sharpen your endurance, and prepare you to attack the course... not just survive it. Even if you never step into a Hyrox event, you’ll walk away fitter, faster, and tougher than ever.

HYBRID

Hybrid is for humans looking to be strong enough to lift, fit enough to endure, and mobile enough to move well... all while maintaining balance with career, family, and lifestyle demands.

PIT STOP

This is a recovery driven class designed to keep you moving and performing at your best. The first 30 minutes focus on mobility and guided stretching to restore range of motion and reduce tightness. The second half shifts into a low-intensity circuit to build blood flow, promote active recovery, and leave you feeling loose, energized, and ready for whatever’s next.
